Training Requirements

Personnel Criteria
1. Personnel Requirements
- The applicant and the final operator must be the same person.
- Aged between 18 and 50, and in good health.
- Education: High school/vocational school or above.
2. Maintain the correct values
- Practice food safety and respect the rules of the food service industry.
- Put customers first, and respect every single customer.
- Run the business legally, observe professional ethics, and avoid illegal and socially immoral activities.

Partner Criteria
1. Partner Requirements
- Sole proprietorship or spousal partnership is preferred.
- At present, partnerships of three or more are not accepted for single-store franchises.
2. Equity Partnership Guidance
- For running one or two stores, sole or spousal ownership is best; partnerships with others are not recommended.
- When managing three to five stores, consider partnering with the store manager or key team members with equity incentives to support multi-store operations.

Training requirements
1. Training Requirements
• Each store must have at least 3 people (1 manager + 2 staff members).
• Must complete 16 days of training and pass the assessment.
• Only after passing the assessment can the store open.
2. Staff Requirements
- Best if operated jointly by a couple.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and possess strong service awareness and communication skills.
- Employing senior citizens is not recommended.
- College students can be hired part-time, but those trained at headquarters must not work part-time.

What steps are in the YIHETANG franchise process?
YIHETANG’s franchise process includes 10 steps: brand inquiry → application → interview screening → intent agreement → site approval → contract signing → store design → training → opening preparations → grand opening. We provide full standard guidance.
What franchise incentives are available in 2025?
Up to 70,000 RMB in franchise fee reductions are available. This includes waivers of 30,000 for brand use, 20,000 for training, 3,000 for system, 2,000 for design, and 15,000 for operations. Is the store location selected by the franchisee or provided by YIHETANG
Locations can be chosen independently, and the company also offers commercial zone and store suggestions. YIHETANG uses a standardized site selection support system, offering city planning, district access lists, and site evaluation reports. After choosing a site, the company will review and approve it before leasing. If a store is leased without company approval, any resulting losses are the responsibility of the client.
After locating a store, can it be opened immediately?
No, store operations can begin only after passing company review.
Must the store operator attend training personally at the company?
Yes, store owners must undergo in-person system training at the company.
How many team members should come for training?
